به گزارش ایرنا، حجت الاسلام سید 'محمود تقوی' روز جمعه در حاشیه مراسم افتتاح مصلی ساوه در جمع خبرنگاران افزود: نمازجمعه هم اكنون در 700 شهر كشور برپا می شود كه حدود 60 درصد این شهرها مصلی و محل مناسبی برای اقامه نماز ندارند.
وی با اشاره به اینكه مصلی در 200 شهر كشور در حال ساخت است، اظهار كرد: در شهرهایی كه فاقد مصلی می باشند نمازهای جمعه در مساجد برگزار می شود كه مساجد موجود در این شهرها جوابگوی جمعیت نمازگزاران جمعه نیست.
وی بیان كرد: هدف از ساخت مصلی ها فقط برگزاری نماز جمعه نیست بلكه این اماكن باید به یك مجتمع فرهنگی تبدیل شوند تا مركز تپش و رویش اندیشه های اسلامی باشند.
وی ادامه داد: نماز جمعه یكی از بركات انقلاب امام خمینی(ره) است كه پس از پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی در كشور باشكوه و با استقبال مردم برپا می شود و محل نشر مكتب تقوا در جامعه است.
